DARE to Mix and Match Color!

Now we'll start "mix and match" color with a sweet one like Savira did. She named it  "Purple Brownish". Does it sound yummy? Hahaha..

She picked a light brown knee-length pleated skirt with a dark brown stripe at the bottom. In fact, that mixture makes the skirt looks simple but cute as the same time. The skirt has some ornament stuff like little button at the waist....it is for belt actually. Savira mixed the skirt with a dusty purple tank top which has pleated part at the bust. Cute isn't it ? To cover the hands, she wore a grey cardigan to add simple and polite look. Her simple necklace, gave a sweet touch to her appearance.


Savira mixed three colors together (brown, purple, and gray).  It doesn't matter if you want to mix some colours in your style as long as it isn't too much. Use some pastel color, or neutral color to balance your style so it gonna be looking good. Don't be afraid to express yourself with colorful clothing! Oh, I almost forgot, here's some other tips for you guys: don't ever mix  2 dark colors together because it'll make you so dull. Just balance it with a light colors. ^^  

Striped Black

Dark color hijab sometime make your skin looks dull. But if you can mix it with bright color dress, it will make your skin look brighter. For example is Celly’s outfit today. She wore black maxi dress  and striped top, which was dominated with grey. This grey color, which is lighter than black,  make her skin look brighter.  Black and grey combination will give a firm, mature, and elegant look. Small ribbon in the sleeves, make the top looks sweet.

You can wear black long skirt  for taller look, so you do not have to wear high heels. Choose a simple necklace if your top full of pattern. Celly wore a simple owl necklace, because she wore striped top.  Celly has a small body, so she chose this horizontal striped to make a volume in her body. But if you has a big body you should avoid this horizontal striped. Because its makes you look bigger.

Celly wore a plain color hijab, because she wore striped top. Tips for you, if your clothes full of pattern, wear plain hijab. But if you wear a plain color clothes, use hijab with full of pattern. I hope this is useful for you. 

Giggling time in Giggle Box

Hello everyone? How are you doing? Well, since there are too many things to do and too little time, we decided to had a quality time by lunch together at one of the cute little cafe & resto in one of unique mall in Bandung Ciwalk. It is Giggle Box.  When the first time we came in, we suddenly felt  comfortable and didn't want to leave soon. The interior was so wonderful, sweet and romantic. We seat in couch, near the window, which has a nice view.

Celly ordered  garden salad, grilled chicken vietnam, and hot green tea latte. Isn't that too much for her? Right! She thought that the garden salad will be in a small portion so she ordered several items, and the result.....she felt so full...!! hahaha. Here it is, the points for three of them :

Garden salad : 8 points (recommended)

Grilled chicken vietnam : 7 points (even though it said that 'it a must try menu')

Hot green tea latte :10 points (highly recommended)

Moy ordered Chicken cordon bleu and Frappe' Oreo blutz. And to be honest I loveeed that chicken cordon bleu. It's so delicious...the steak mixed with the barbeque sauce...hmmm...yummy...(now, i can still remember the taste).

I picked Chicken Brisket Schnitzel and Ice Lemon tea. The Chicken brisket schnitzel served with french fries potato and barbeque sauce. And the ice lemon tea was so refreshing.

We thought the serving time  a little bit too long, but overall  Giggle Box is a recommended place for you guys who would like to have meet some friends and have a giggling time there and feel a different atmosphere...the interior design of this cafe & resto is awesome. We will give 10 points :))

Hijab Accesories

We went to Sapu Lidi, a restaurant which has a natural concept. We ate in the middle of rice field. Can you imagine? The food was delicious. Most of the menu are Sundanese. We took some photos here. Our friend, who is a photographer, took these photos. Her name is Ully.

Moy wore a red flower hijab and put some accesory in her hijab. Celly also put gorgeus flower pin in her hijab.
